Our playful dog tags feature a recycled aluminum core; they're both lightweight and waterproof. With so many funny sayings available, they're sure to bring a laugh and smile! Each tag is individually packaged with a metal keyring. Custom made in Colorado, your pet's info will be printed on the tag to keep your pet safe should they become lost. The tags are come in different colors than pictured and two sizes, original and small (for small dogs and cats). If you prefer a color, just let us know in the NOTES at checkout otherwise, you'll get the luck of the draw. If you'd like us to ship your tag in for printing, please put your information in the notes at checkout.

The tags come with a plain old key ring ring.

BAD TAGS STORY: Moose had a problem. He couldn't control his licker. The cat, my toe, the couch, we all became victims. Wanting to find a cute colorful tag to warn friends and family of his "issues", none could be found. So in 2014 we took a risk and launched Bad Tags. Turns out other pet owners wanted them too! We have since shipped thousands of tags across the US and abroad. With the help of a couple employees, our cheeky fun tags continue to bring a laugh and smile wherever they go!

Tag Care & Warranty Info

Our tags are waterproof and the colors won't fade from fun in sun. They can be washed with soap and water using a soft toothbrush or dishrag. The silicone rings can also be removed and washed. We offer replacement rings for $1.00 when it's time for tags to look new again. Just email [email protected] if you need help with that.

Tag Warranty

We offer a 1-time tag replacement with proof of purchase for new tags that have been accidentally chewed up within 90 days of purchase. There is a $3.50 Shipping & Handling fee for US customers and a $8.00 S&H fee for international customers to claim a replacement tag.

Warranty Policy

1. This replacement warranty is meant to cover newly damaged tags due to pets chewing on them and not due to normal wear and tear.

2. Eligible tags will be replaced one-time only up to 90 days from their original purchase date. If more than 90 days have passed you will be provided with a discount code instead.

3. Bad Tags is not responsible for lost tags. If your pet loses their tag, the customer will be required to purchase a replacement tag.

Tags that are worn every day are comparable to us wearing something every day, such as a favorite shirt or pair of socks. If you wore this item every single day it would be expected to show wear and tear after use. Our tags are the same so please keep this in mind. There is no indestructible tag on the market.
